Having served as an IT business partner, I have worked with product, operations and risk teams and with bank clients to shape requirements and plans, then ship them as live systems.

从 0 到 1 建设科技体系与 APP，支撑站点建立、经营管理及村民便民服务。Built the technology foundation and app from the ground up, supporting station setup and management, station operators, and convenience services for villagers.
核心挑战Challenge项目从 0 开始，业务需求尚不清晰，需要把现场业务流程转为可以实现、发布和迭代的产品方案。The project started from zero and early business requirements were unclear; on-site workflows had to become a product that could be built, released and iterated.

核心开发与信创改造Core development & Xinchuang adaptation
承担核心逻辑开发、驻场团队管理及后续信创架构设计与适配；项目已完成信创改造验收及原系统替换，上线运行信创版本。Contributed core logic development, managed the on-site team, and worked on the subsequent architecture redesign and adaptation. The project completed its Xinchuang transformation (adaptation to domestic technology requirements) and acceptance, replacing the original system with the new production version.
核心挑战Challenge业务逻辑复杂、决策相关数据量大，数据库替换与原有数据导入方案的适配成为主要难点。Complex business logic and a large volume of decision-related data made database replacement and adapting the existing data-import approach the main difficulty.
背景与结果Background & result村口壹站是集团战略项目之一。从前期调研、科技体系规划、总体架构设计及研发、测试、运维团队组建，到 APP 开发、发布和持续迭代。离任时科技体系已经搭建完成，能够支持公司管理人员和站长开展站点建立与管理，村民也可以直接使用 APP 的便民功能。Cunkou Yizhan was one of the group's strategic projects. The work ran from early research, technology planning, the overall architecture and building the development, testing and operations teams, to developing, releasing and continuously iterating the app. By the time I left, the technology foundation was in place: company managers and station operators used it to set up and run stations, and villagers could use the app's convenience services directly.
我的做法How I worked我深入站点，实际参与和体验业务流程，与业务及运营共同梳理场景和需求，从科技能够支撑的业务价值出发确定建设重点，并完成整体架构设计。同时，向业务侧说明技术能力、实现边界和开发节奏，组织研发、测试与运维协作，推动需求落实为可发布、可迭代的产品功能。Early business requirements were unclear. I worked through station workflows with business and operations teams, clarified needs and priorities, designed the overall architecture, and coordinated development, testing, and operations to turn those needs into releasable, iterative app features.

两个阶段Two phases项目分为系统开发与后续信创改造两个阶段。第一阶段，我主要承担核心逻辑代码开发与驻场团队管理，原系统已上线投入使用。第二阶段，针对银行信创要求，承担技术架构重新设计与适配改造。The project had two phases. In the first, I focused on core logic development and on-site team management, and the original system entered production. In the second, I worked on architecture redesign and adaptation to the bank's Xinchuang requirements.
难点与结果Difficulty & result业务逻辑复杂、决策相关数据量大，原有数据导入方案在目标数据库环境中存在适配难题，通过自主编写工具和脚本进行迁移与适配。项目已完成信创改造及验收，两套系统并行运行一段时间后完成替换，线上已运行信创系统。Complex business logic and a large volume of decision-related data made database replacement and the existing data-import approach difficult to adapt. Custom tools and scripts supported migration and adaptation. The transformation passed acceptance, and the new system replaced the original after a period of parallel operation.
